Branden Lippy, Ed.D
Founder and CEO
Branden Lippy brings 15 years of experience in educational athletics leadership, currently overseeing Lampeter-Strasburg’s athletics program of 35 sports and more than 125 coaches. She also serves as Chair of the PIAA District III Committee, helping lead policy, procedures, and championship oversight for 125 member schools and 21 championship events. Her work at the district, state, and national levels gives clients a strong, practical perspective on athletic leadership, governance, and program improvement.
Ronald Kennedy, Ed.D.
Founder and COO
Ronald Kennedy serves as Executive Director of PIAA District III, providing leadership for one of Pennsylvania’s largest and most competitive high school athletic districts. He also brings 30 years of experience as a teacher, coach, and athletic administrator at Donegal School District, with a focus on educational athletics, program integrity, and supporting schools, coaches, and student-athletes.
